London Lofts and Construction, LLAC has decided to help Home owners, property developers and Landlords at the government put the pressure on in 2011 by increasing VAT to 20%.
LLAC has offer to pay the VAT for londoners wishing to have a loft conversion installed before the middle of 2011. VAT is set to come in force on January 4, 2011- that\'s less than 24 hours.
For those contemplating a loft installation, then they just need to act fact and request a quotation before the week ending January 8 2011. The quotation will be locked in at the 17.5% for a period of 1 month. London lofts and construction Ltd. will pay the balance VAT for Londoners.
I guess can be seen a new years gift or the best news for 2011 after a money draining Christmas season.
